The cuisine of our inn is made of home grown vegetable.
The beef 'Blonde d'Aquitaine' and the lamb 'Texel' on the menu are bred at our farm according to the organic farming rules, controlled and certified by 'Ecocert'.
The pork is bred in the French Ardennes according to the 'Ardennes de France' quality rules.
The pork results from animals brought in Ardennes in the respect of the specifications 'Ardennes de France'.
